The intended use of the Gugliemi Detachable Coil System is for endovascular treatment of the brain and peripheral vascular aneurysms. No solicitation package will be issued. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
