66 -- CLIMATIC TEST CHAMBER, TRAILER MOUNTED SOL DAAD07-97-R-0110 DUE 050597 POC Contract Specialist Joan Roman 678-6065 (Site Code DAAD07) The U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range has a requirement for a firm fixed price contract for the purchase of one Trailer Mounted Climatic Test Chamber(TMCTC)in accordance with WSMR purchase description 6002-97. The TCMTC shall consist of a commercially available or fabricated trailer, an insulated test chamber, conditioning equipment to provide the required environments within the test chamber, a crane to transfer test items onto a cart on the trailer, a cart guided by rails for installing test items into the test chamber, and control panels for the operation of the test chamber, crane, and the cart and rail system. The TMCTC shall be used to provide controlled temperature environments within its test chamber at various locations, unprotected, in a high desert climate. (0083)
