Provide complete detailed designs for maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction projects requiring multi-discipline engineering services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in San Francisco, California. The term of the contract will run until either the maximum fee is reached or for one base and two option years after the contract is awarded, whichever is earliest. Evaluation criteria will be as follows: 1) Specialized experience of the firm with the type of work required. 2) Capacity of the firm to perform the work within the time limitations and qualification requirements. 3) Past record of performance on contracts with Government agencies. 4) Familiarity with the area in which the project is to be performed. 5) Geographic location and facilities of the working office. Firms desiring to be considered for the work should submit SF 254 and SF 255 on or before April 29, 1997. Construction cost range of this project is between $25,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. Maximum fee amountis $450,000. Minimum A/E fee amount for each delivery order will be $1,000, maximum amount per delivery order will not exceed $75,000.
