The U.S. Department of Energy intends to award a sole source delivery order to Legi-Slate, Inc. against their Library of Congress Master contract for Legi-Slate commercial timesharing services consisting of the following subscriptions residing on the Legi-Slate, Inc., computer: Federal Register Services, Transcripts and Congressional service, which as 12 optional add-on features. This is a renewal of these services. This is a notice of intent, and not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties that feel they can supply these capabilities, may respond to the requirement and submit their capabilities in writing. Only proposals received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
