Contractor shall have two facilities, one within one hour ground commuting distance of the Fleet Technical Support Center Atlantic, St. Juliens Creek Annex Portsmouth, VA and another within one hour ground commniting distance of Naval Base San Diego, CA. The Government intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with cost plus fixed fee provisions for a base year and four-one year options. This requirement will be issued under full and open competition procedures. FAR clause 52.217-08, Option to Extend Services, will be incorporated into the solicitation/contract.
