The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to procure with Applied Dynamics Internationals on an other than full and open competitive basis for hardware maintenance of the Dynamic Simulation Systems (DSS). The system is comprised of a AD-100 simulation computer, I/O sub-system with I/O devices, microVAX host computer with peripherals, operating system software, hardware diagnostic software and ADSIM and FORTRAN compilers. Contractor personnel assigned to this contract must possess DoD granted personnel security clearances at the Secret level. The purchase order will be for a one (1) year period with four (4) one (1) year option periods. This is not a solicitation. No RFP will be issued on the basis of this Notice of Intent.
