Contract will be for the publication of a commercial enterprise Base Guide for Lackland Air Force Base for 1997-98. 2. The annual booklet will provide information about the command mission, installation mission, community services available, local geography and history, and related information. 3. The term of the contract shall be by mutual agreement for a 1-year period, with three option years. 4. The Lackland Air Force Base Guide will be furnished at no cost to the U.S. Government or to any agency thereof, and the cost of advertising therein will not be charged to any contract with the U.S. Government. 5. The publisher shall solicit all advertising. All proceeds from the sale of advertisements for the Lackland Air Force Base Guide shall go to the publisher, who agrees to look exclusively to such advertising for all costs and profits. 6. The publisher shall provide pick-up and delivery service at the publisher's expense between the publishing plant and locations on Lackland Air Force Base, to be specified in the Government's Statement of Need.
