The Strike, Surface and Anti-Air Warfare Committee (SSAAC) of the American Defense Preparedness Association/National Security Industrial Association (ADPA/NSIA) in coordination with the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, Resources, Warfare Requirements and Assessments will hold its sixth symposium at the Kossiakoff Conference Center, The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, Laurel, Maryland on Tuesday, 15 April 1997. This symposium is classified SECRET/NOFORN. The symposium will examine some of the challenges ahead in strike warfare in a joint littoral environment in two sessions. On Tuesday morning we will have an introductory keynote address. This will be followed by a morning session devoted to ship launched strike weapons and related ship system developments, and an afternoon session devoted to air launched strike weapons and related platform developments.
