Part 5, but is a MARKET SURVEY to identify sources to participate in an
A-76 Cost Study and potential contract for contractor provided
organic/functional training. The four major functional areas to be
supported include but may not be limited to the following: 1.) Depot
Level Maintenance Activities including; (1a) Aircraft, (1b) Sheet
Metal, (1c) Avionics, (1d) Planning/Scheduling, (1e) Maintenance Data
Systems, (1f) Aircraft Repair Enhancement Program (AREP). 2.) Material
Management Activities including; (2a) Production Management, (2b)
Equipment Specialist, (2c) Logistics Management, (2d) Item Management,
(2e) Logistics Data Systems, (2f) Depot Repair Enhancement Program
(DREP). 3.) Acquisition Activities including; (3a) Acquisition Reform,
(3b) Contracting Repair Enhancement Program. 4.) Computer Activities
including; (4a) Personal Computer Software Courses, (4b) DBMS Courses
(4c) Software Development. The contractor would provide all personnel,
equipment, tools, and materials to manage and administer centralized
in-house training programs to the military and civilian population of
Warner Robins Air Logistic Center, Base Operations Support, and Robins
AFB. A formal solicitation does not exist at this time. This survey is
to determine the availability of private commercial firms pursuant to
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 7.303 and does not constitute
an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be
construed as a commitment by the Government. This action is for the
purpose of obtaining offers for comparison purposes and will not result
in a contract if Government performance is determined more
advantageous. Respondents to this notice will be sent a DRAFT
Performance Work Outline (to better define the requirement) and a
Contractor Capability Survey. The level of security clearance required
and the extent of foreign participation has not yet been determined
therefore the release of information to foreign sources will be
determined at time of request. Written requests should be mailed to

contain Company name, Address, Point of contact, CAGE Code, Phone
number, Size of business pursuant to Standard Industrial Classification
(SIC) Code 8299 ($5m Annual Receipts), and a statement of domestic or
foreign ownership. Foreign owned sources should indicate the country of
ownership. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in
this survey. All requests for information must be received no later
