The contractor will be required to provide general moving services to include disassemble, transport, and reassemble furniture and general purpose office and laboratory equipment both within the Carderock site of the Naval Surface Warfare Center. 9500 MacArthur Blvd, West Bethesda, MD, and to and from other locations. The contractor will also deliver and set up new furniture. Package delivery will be required. The contractor will be required to provide all materials and equipment for the moving and package delivery services, including trucks, dollies, and handtrucks. Safes up to 1000 lbs. may be required to be moved. The contractor will provide a dedicated on-site crew of four persons, consisting of one working supervisor (2,080 man-hrs per year), one driver-laborer (2,080 man-hrs per year), and two laborers (4,160 man- hrs per year). Additional temorary personnel may be required to meet surge requirements. Prior performance history in similar contracts will be included as part of the evaluation process. This requirement is 100% Set- Aside for small businesses under SIC Code 4212, with a size standard of $12.5 Million per year. See Note 1. (0083)
