Site improvements included in the project consist of access roads, drainage, underground utilities, street lighting, landscaping and tot lots. The estimated construction cost for this project is between $10,000,000 and $15,000,000. The estimated duration of the project is 660 calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement.
