The Army requires a contract for the construction of a ERND Facility for Environmental Natural Resources Division Directorate of Public Works, Fort Stewart Georgia. Work shall include but not be limited to the following: Site Preparation, Connection of water and sewer lines, furnish and erect a pre-engineered metal building on a reinforced concrete slab with piers and footings for columns. Construct interior metal stud walls complete with floor covering, doors, windows, acoustical ceilings, bathrooms with plumbing, mechanical room with HVAC Systems, electrical panels with wiring to all of the lights and other systems, break rooms with cabinets and sinks and storage areas with shelving. Work shall begin within 15 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 180 calendar days. Magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. There is a statutory cost limitation of $500,000 applicable to this project. SIC Code is 1542 and the Small Business Size Standard is $17M. Project is being solicited on an Unrestricted basis.
