The project involves the construction of new sewerage facilities, including a new duplex submersible grinder pump station, approximately 6200 linear feet of 4 inch Ductile Iron force main, and demolition of an existing on-site sewage treatment facility at the Glenmont Job Corps Center in the town of Bethlehem, New York. The work includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, excavation and backfill, grading, seeding, and site clearing. The work also includes demolition of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements and appurtenances of the existing sewage treatment plant and removal of all demolition materials. The estimated cost range is from $250,000 to $500,000. The estimated completion time is approximately 112 calendar days to substantial completion. For requests made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted.
