The project includes building and site demolition, site development, site utilities, and a new structure including electrical, mechanical and plumbing. The total project comprises approximately 8,500 SF of building on an approximately 1.2 acre ite. The new building will contain a retail area, workroom, loading dock and equipment, and support areas. The new building is load bearing masonry and load bearing metal stud exterior walls with a brick veneer on all sides, concrete slab-on-grade floor, premanufactured wood roof trusses with shingles, interior metal stud gypsum board partitions, acoustical ceiling, plumbing for toilet rooms, power and lighting, and HVAC system composed of furnaces and ductwork. Site development includes customer and employee parking, loading dock manuevering area, mail drop area, complete landscaping, fencing, site walls, signage, and storm water management. The estimated cost range between $750,000.00 and $950,000.00 with completion within 210 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on May 8, 1997.
