Work consists of but is not limited to furnishing all the labor, equipment, services, and supervision necessary to improve Shiloh Family Housing and historical officer's housing unit at Scott AFB IL. Renovate/repair the interior and exterior of 36 Shiloh housing units consisting of 18 single-story duplexes. Renovate/repair the interior and exterior of 1 colonial housing unit, a two-story/single family residence. The project also contains options to renovate/repair the interior and exterior of an additional 32 Shiloh housing units consisting of 16 single story duplexes, to convert carparts to garages for 68 Shiloh units and to construct a front porch, pavilion, and garage for the historical general officer's unit. Principle items of work include asbestos/lead based paint abatement; reconfiguration of some areas; plumbing, HVACs, and electrical improvements; installation of new interior finishes, and landscaping. The magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The proposed contract listed herein is unrestricted.
