All work to be performed at the Federal Building/Courthouse, 102 N. 4th St., Grand Forks, ND. Security clearances are required for all workers. Bid opening date is scheduled for May 3, 1997. Plans and specifications available April 7, 1997. Requests for bid packages must be made in writing to the above Contracting Officer. Total time for completion is 90 days. Disruptive work must be completed after regular hours. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
