The project consists of maintenance dredging and disposal of dredged material by hydraulic dredge and pipeline mostly sandy material from the Horn Harbor Federal Navigation Channel to a width of 100 feet and depth of 7 feet plus 1 foot of allowable overdepth. The contractor shall use the Government-furnished beach placement site at New Point Campground and construct the material into a beach dune. Pumping distances may exceed 3,000 feet. The work involves dredging approximately 2,400 cubic yards of material. Magnitude of project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Duration of the project is 15 calendar days. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. SIC Code 1629 applies.
