Lucas, Contracting Officer, 907/384-7105 (Site Code DAHC76) Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision to remodel the interior of Building 1107, at Fort Richardson, Alaska. The project includes, but is not limited to (a) demolition of walls, doors, piping, plumbing and bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures and interior finishes as well as the abatement of asbestos containing materials; (b) Installation of new walls, doors, frames, hardware, piping, plumbing and bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, interior finishes and a fire alarm system; (c) Repair/replacement of all existing landscaping, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks and pavement disturbed by the construction. Estimated dollar value is between 500,000 and 1,000,000. This acquisition is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (P. L. 100-656) and the bids will be evaluated utilizing the Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) (0083)
