Install new shingle roof, complete, with underlayment and all flashings. Install new selvage edge roll roofing, complete, with underlayment and all flashings. Replace deteriorated roof sheathing, deteriorated roof framing, and deteriorated fascia and barge board. Replace deteriorated siding in conjunction with the installation of new base flashings where roofs are intersected by walls or other vertical surfaces. Replace deteriorated, missing, or damaged gutters complete. New gutter shall match existing. Replace deteriorated, missing, or damaged downspouts, completed. New downspouts shall match existing. Paint new fascia, barge board, siding, and galvanized gutters and downspouts. Install new vinyl siding incidental to flashing. Install new aluminum fascia and barge board cover and trim. Install new aluminum or vinyl soffits. The period of performance is 23 May 1997 through 22 May 1998. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1761 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
