The Master Agreement will be for a period a three (3) years. The Government will execute Master Agreements with qualified offerors. A preproposal conference will be held prior to the proposal receipt date. The execution of a Master Agreement does not imply that the Government will issue any future orders. Typical orders may include the demolition of the building including foundations, removal and disposal of hazardous materials, and resurfacing area to match existing. Orders will be firm-fixed price. The offerors selected to execute the Master Agreement will be required to attend a site visit to determine the extent of the demolition work. The evaluation criteria for the award of an order will be based on price only. THE SIC CODE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS 1795 AND THE ANNUAL SIZE STANDARD IS $7.0 MIL.
