Potential sources are sought to Upgrade/Repair Troop Quarters and Electrical Distribution System at Yolk Field CRTC, Camp Douglas, WI. Work to include but not limited to demolition of interiors and complete interior remodeling of 28 dormitories. Some require an addition to tie two dormitories into an "H" configuration. Work will include construction of interior partitions, doors, new bathrooms, upgrading primary electrical and interior electrical systems, new HVAC, sidewalks, parking lot, and landscaping. All disciplines of general construction will be required. Magnitude of project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Construction time will be 24 months from NTP. Plans and specifications will be available o/a 21 April 1997. Bid opening date is planned for May 1997 with construction to begin in June 1997. Exact dates will be announced at a later date.
