The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Office of Space Science, is releasing an Announcement of Opportunity (AO- 97-OSS-03) soliciting Small Explorer Program and Missions of Opportunity to conduct investigations encompassing the scientific objectives in the following themes: Astronomical Search for Origins and Planetary Systems; The Sun-Earth Connection, and Structure and Evolution of the Universe. Participation in this program is open to all categories of organizations, domestic and foreign; including educational institutions, profit and nonprofit, NASA Centers, and other Government agencies.
