The following are the estimated annual requirements: NSN 1680-01-211-2856, P/N DL2155M12, estimated quantity of 40 each. Anticipate award of one contract with a base period from October 1997, or from date of award, whichever is later, through 30 September 1998 with options to renew on an annual basis, not to exceed five years total. The Coast Guard does not own, not can it provide drawings or specifications for these items. Offerors must possess NAVICP-PICA certification as a repair agent and must provide proof of such prior to contract award. The Coast Guard intends to negotiate with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Simmonds Precision-B. F. Goodrich as the only known NAVICP-PICA certified repair agent.
