Related administrative and on-site workforce management is included. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business, SIC code 4899, Size Standard $11 Million. Proposal cut off date above and site visit in April are approximate and subject to change based upon the solicitation issue date. Contract period is base year, starting 1 September 1997, and four option years. Written technical and cost proposals are required. Award shall be made using best value evaluation procedures.
