REAMs perform management and custodial services for one-to-four family properties owned or held by HUD in the Birmingham East Area of the State of Alabama. Duties will include, but are not limited to: preparing specifications for repairs, soliciting bids for repairs, performing lawn maintenance, winterizing property and pool, securing property and pool, conducting propertiy inspections, installing locks, cleaning interior and exterior. To qualify for award, contractor must have a Real Estate Broker License for State of Alabama, and be experienced in management of single family properties.
