The U.S. Department of Commerce, Mountain Administrative Support Center (MASC) requires Janitorial Services for the Commerce Children's Center for the period beginning May 21, 1997 through September 30, 1997 with 3 -- 1 year extension options beginning October 1, 1997. The janitorial services shall be completed in the hours between 6:30 pm and 6:30 am Monday through Friday, except for Federal Holidays. Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, cleaning materials, equipment and supervision to perform work. Local supervision is mandatory and reported problems in cleaning shall be responded to within 3 hours. The evaluation criteria will include price, local supervision of the work, immediate backup personnel availability, past performance, and past or current experience cleaning child care centers or hospitals.
