The work includes furnishing all labor, transportation, supervision, material and equipment and performing all operations in connection with the removal of the existing carpet, cleaning the floor surface and repairing the floor as needed to give a good surface for the new carpet, and the installation of new carpet in rooms 105, 107, 110, 122, 128, 137, 140, 141, 146, 150, 164, 167 with approximately 922 square yards of 32 ounce carpet. The carpet shall be a commercial grade and direct cement to the floor. This work also includes new cove base 4 inches high. Performance time is approximately 60 days from the date of award.
