Ohm, Contracting Officer, (206)931-7680 This project consists of roof replacement for the Federal Center South building in Seattle, Washington. The project includes: Repair of existing skylight monitors coated with spray-on foam insulation over glazing and cement tile. Remove existing built-up roofing (BUR) and insulation between skylight monitors and install new insulation and fully adhered EPDM roofing throughout drainage troughs. Remove existing mortar faced insulation and foam insulation as necessary to expose all field seams of loose laid EPDM, clean and overlay with continous strip of EPDM roofing. Also remove EPDM roofing at sumps and install new EPDM. Replace EPDM expansion joints and manufactured expansion points; repair parapet flashing; remove plant growth and debris; snake all roof drains. SIC 1761. Estimated IFB 04/29/97.
