On or about Friday, March 28, 1997, the United States Postal Service, Windsor Facilities Service Office, 6 Griffin Road North, Windsor, CT will issue a solicitation to complete the installation of power factor capacitators at the General Mail Facility, 25 Dorchester Avenue, Suffolk County, Boston, MA. Sealed offers are due on or before Tuesday, April 29, 1997 no later than 4:00 p.m. EST. The estimated cost of the work is between $200,000.00 and $300,000.00. The contract completion time is ninety (90) calendar days after the award. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OPENING OF THE PROPOSALS AND THE RESULTS OF THE ADVERTISEMENT WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED UNTIL AWARD OF THE PROJECT. There will be a preproposal conference held on Monday, April 14, 1997 beginning at 10:00 a.m. on site (25 Dorchester Avenue, Room B-27A) to discuss the specifics of this project.
