Quindica/Contract Speacialist (808) 449-6860 Ext. 308 The principle features of this project shall include the demolition and removal of the existing swimming pool locker building and the construction of a new concrete masonry unit building. It shall include lockers, office and training rooms, concession area and lobby, and equipment storage rooms; including air conditioning and electrical power. Also, included is the replastering of the existing pool and upgrading the pool equipment including a surge tank and back wash pit. A solicitation will be issued on or about 24 Apr 97 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Developement Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition. The estimated cost of construction will be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The project consists of two (2) basic bid items and two (2) additive alternate items.
