The Government does not own technical specifications for the current fuel quantity system nor the required modifications. The intended source of supply is Smith Industries, Clearwater Florida. All systems shall be modified not later than 24 months after contract award. All responsible sources may submit a p roposal which shall be considered by the U.S. Special Operations Command, Technical Applications Contracting Office. Numbered Note 22 applies. (0085)
