diameter by .11 inches thick with a .095 inch center hole, made from
silicone rubber per PD-EA-R-1378. Requirements for an Est. 5 year buy
is 78,586 ea Disk Valve. 4240-01-260-8711, Part Number 5-1-1085.
Internal Drink Tube is a one piece molded silicone rubber tube
approximately 2.2 inches long with .28 outside diameter. Requirements
for Est. 5 year buy is 50,673 ea Drink Tube. 4240-01-260-8699, Part
Number 5-1-1009. Outlet Valve Cover manufactured from molded block
silicone rubber, approximate size 1.53 inches wide by 3 inches long and
complex shape with holes and fold overs. Requirements for Est. 5 year
buy is 52,382 ea Outlet Cover. For use on the M40/M42 Mask Spares. FOB
is Destination. Proposed contract is a 100% small business set-aside.
All or part of this action is an unfunded FY97 requirement.
ANSI/ISO/ASQC Q9002 or equivalent inspection criteria required.
Statistical Process Control is required. First Article Test is
required. This requirement is being procured as a firm fixed price, 5
year requirements consolidated type contract with five-one year
ordering periods covering: Award date thru 30 December 2001. Toxicity
approval by the government is required for the rubber formulation on
the Internal Drink Tube, P/N: 5-1-1085. Leakage and air flow resistance
testing is required on the Inlet Valve Disk, P/N: 5-1-1055, in which
the contractor must produce or obtain his own test equipment. Estimated
issue date of this solicitation is 050697. Failure to properly address
requests for solicitations in accordance with this CBD notice will
result in non-receipt of the solicitation package. Failure to properly
address bids/offers in accordance with solicitation instructions may
result in a late bid which cannot be considered. Written, fax or
