Postal Service has a requirement to purchase five (5) 915 square foot buildings to be used as Post Offices. The manufacturer will provide all labor, material, facility and equipment to perform the work described in the solicitation. Work shall include the fabrication of a guaranteed quantity of 5 buildings in a factory environment, delivery and placement of the building on assigned postal sites with foundation already prepared. Each unit will be delivered complete and ready for service including heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and all electrical work. The solicitation contains an option to renew and increase quantities. Requests must be in writing and received within ten (10) days of this notice or until supplies are exhausted.
