Competitive proposals for a 30 month requirement for the design, development fabrication, test and logistic support for the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) of ten (10) Lightweight Laser Designator Rangefinder (LLDR). The Government will reserve the right to procure additional items through exercise of option provisions (up to 30 additional prototypes) which shall be priced and evaluated.
