65 -- SUPPLY VARIOUS SIZES & TYPES OF DISPOSABLE MEDICAL GLOVES SOL RFP 630-36-97 DUE 041797 POC Perry Danner, Acquisition Mgr, for VISN 3 Medical Centers, (718) 630-3550 The Veterans Administration intends to issue a solicitation and award a consolidated contract to furnish gloves to the nine (9) Medical facilities that make up VISN 3 (Veterans Intergrated Service Network). The facilities are located in Brooklyn, NY; St. Albans, Queens, NY; Manhattan, NY; Bronx, NY; Northport, NY; Castlepoint, NY; Montrose, NY; Lyons, NJ and East Orange, NJ. All types of medical gloves are required including all sizes of both sterile and non-sterile, vinyl and latex, powdered and non-powdered and hypo allergenic. Also required are all sizes and types of surgeon gloves. The contract period shall be from the date of award through September 30, 1997 with a Government option to extend the term of the contract for an additional one (1) year period.
