Kopa, Contracting Officer, (937) 255-5901 1) PARAGRAPH 17.D(2) is amended to recognize that submission of an SF1448 will be required in lieu of an SF1411 to permit cost realism analysis since adequate price competition is anticipated. 2) PARAGRAPH 17.E is amended to incorporate the following down select criteria for Phase II in the event that multiple awards are issued for Phase I, the technical aspects will be ranked as the first order of priority and shall be evaluated based on the following criteria in descending order of importance: (a) Soundness of offeror's approach to complete Phase II; (b) Viability of technology transition with emphasis on performance, supportability, and application to specific USAF corrosion problems; (c) Minimal development risk associated with Phase II; (d) effective Phase I program management and technical performance. Cost will be substantial but will be considered secondary. All other terms and conditions of this PRDA Announcement remain in full force and effect. (0085)
