The Public Health Service's Office on Women's Health (OWH) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Institute for Survey Research -- Temple University, 2300 M Street, NW., Suite 800, Washington, DC 20037. The contractor shall conduct focus group testing of four modules of the Breast Cancer Core Questionnaire. This shall include coordinating and conducting 3 focus groups for each of the four modules. The period of performance shall be two months. This award shall be made using simplified acquisition procedures. The Government reserves the right not to open this requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice. Technical responses and requests received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested firms must submit clear and convincing data substantiating their capability to furnish this requirement within fifteen (15) days after the publication of this notice. No solicitation package is available. If no affirmative responses are received award will be made to the Institute for Survey Research -- Temple University.
