Contracting Officer, 314-263-3579. The U.S. Army Aviation and Troop
Command proposes to acquire, on a sole source basis, the Rotary Wing
Store Integration (RWSI) project. A requirements contract is
contemplated with a period of performance of 2 years with a one year
option. The Government anticipates awarding a sole source contract to
Stealth Technologies, Inc. (STI), 530 Compton, Broomfiled, Co, who has
submitted an unsolicited proposal. STI is to identify specific
development flight test and support tasks required to improve the
simulation predictions and expedite the data reduction using the
Computer Aided Stores Separation Analysis System (CASSAS), conduct
flight tests, Engineering and Analytical, logistic support services for
