D -- TO PURCHASE TELERADIOLOGY EQUIPMENT TO START A TELERADIOLOGY PROGRAM, PHS INDIAN HOSPITAL, RAPID CITY, SOUTH DAKOTA SOL RFP 97-09 DUE 050597 POC Allen L. Davis, Contract Specialist, or Ronda M. The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is soliciting for a contractor to establish a teleradiology network connecting the IHS Hospital in Rapid City, South Dakota, to the IHS facilities in Eagle Butter, Rosebud, Pine Ridge, and Kyle, South Dakota. The contractor will be responsible for the equipment, linkage of the equipment to the network and phone lines, testing of the system, notifying IHS of any special requirements, and training of designated users. This will be included in the purchase cost. There are currently no similar projects in the Aberdeen Area. The proposed contract is a 100% Buy Indian Set-Aside (25 U.S.C. 47). General provisions are required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations will be utilized. The contract will be performed over a period of one (1) year after award with four (4) one year options to extend for a total of five (5) years. Requests for copies of RFP 97-09 will be available 15 days from the date of this publication. The offer due date is tentatively scheduled for May 05, 1997.
