The firm will operate in Arlington, Virginia, with some overseas travel required. Award of a seven month labor-hour contract is anticipated. A follow-on contract restricted to those firms that qualify as an 8(a) contractor pursuant to the provisions of Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)), and P. L. 100-656 is anticipated for award in February 1988.
