(Site Code DAAD07) Physical Security Guard Services and related security services, seven days per week/24 hours a day, for the north range portion of White Sands Missile Range, NM. Must be able to obtain SECRET facility clearance. Services to be performed include management, supervision, and training of personnel; providing fixed posts and motorized patrols and escort duties; managing visitor pass, vehicle registration, badging, photography permits, hunting permits, and visitor control activities; performing roadblock, sweep and evacuation duties; responding to intrusion detection system alarms; and developing and maintaining data and requirements as set forth in the contract. Incumbent Contractor has entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with International Guard's Union of America, Local #106. Agreement is effective through 29 September 1998. Performance will be for one-year plus four one-year options to extend. Request for proposal is expected to be issued on/about 30 April 1997. Site visit will be announced in the RFP.
