The work includes all material, equipment, labor and supervision, under a Firm Fixed Price Contract, to construct a permanent facility to replace existing portable tower and trailer. This facility will serve as an observation tower and communications area for the Test Runway during Runway Arresting Landing Site (RALS) operations. The work includes excavation: concrete foundations: structural steel; insulated steel siding; aluminum windows and storefronts; gypsum wallboard partitions; interior finishes; countertops; concrete-filled steel stairs; hydraulic passenger elevator; mechanical, electrical and fire suppression systems; demolition of the existing tower construction; and incidental related work. Performance period is 180 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1542. The related Small Business Size Standards is $ 17.0 million annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
