AN/PVS-15 Night Vision Goggles. The Helmet Mount shall be able to
attach directly to the AN/PVS-15 Night Vision Goggle. The Helmet Mount
shall be attachable to the RBR Ballistic Helmet and the SPH-5CG Helmet
without use of tools. (This may be two different Helmet Mounts.) The
Helmet Mounts shall be able to withstand an instantaneous G-force of
28. The profile of the Goggle(as far as the height from the top of the
Helmet and how far it sticks out in front of the Helmet) when mounted,
shall be less than or equal to the ANVIS Night Vision Goggle. The
Helmet Mounts shall have a tilt adjustment equal to or better than the
ANVIS Night Vision Goggle. The Helmet Mounts shall have vertical
adjustment and shall flip up and down and lock in both positions. The
Helmet Mounts shall be rust resistant. Provide the POCs listed with
