D -- SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND PROGRAMMING SERVICES SOL 97-74(N) POC Patrick Gourley, Contract Specialist, (404) 842-6719 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with Software AG to acquire professional services, software maintenance, training and documentation, technical services, new products, updates, modifications, and conversion of Software AG proprietary products currently in use at CDC and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry(ATSDR). These products include, but are not limited to Natural/ADABAS, PREDICT, CONSTRUCT, Lightstorm, Entire Connection, NETPASS and ESPARANT. The term of the proposed contract is from October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998 with four option years. Other than full and open competition is authorized pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). Qualified vendors have 15 days from the date of this synopsis to submit capability statements elineating their ability to provide these services.
