The successful offeror will provide all supervision, labor, materials, facilities, general/specialized equipment and transportation required. Buoys will be picked up for rework at one of the following locations: Seattle, WA., Astoria, OR and/or Portland, OR. Buoys may require either routine and/or emergency type maintenance. The minimum number of days required for emergency work, may be as little as 3 days. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price requirements type contract. The successful offeror will be responsible for all transportation costs to and from the required point(s) of delivery. The Government will evaluate proposals on a total cost basis, which may include Government's costs of inspection. The period of performance will be from 1 September 1997 through 31 August 1998, with four (4) one year option periods; if all options are exercised the contract term will end on 31 August 2002.
