J -- MAINTENANCE OF GOVERNMENT-OWNED REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM SOL RFP 600-021-97 DUE 032797 POC Ella Rea Watters Service to furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, and transportation to provide full maintenance of the Government-owned Culligan Aqua Clear 1000, located at the VA Medical Center, 5901 E. 7th St., Long Beach, CA 90822. Service is to be provided for a base year with four(4) one-year options. Service will require monthly scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and all intervening service calls, as well as replacement of worn or defective parts due to instrument failure. The system is approximately six(6) years old and has an estimated water usage of 1000 gallons per day. Solicitation will be available o/a 4/21/97 with due o/a 5/20/97.
