J -- PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (PMA) FOR WANG/WIMS EQUIPMENT FOR HURLBURT FIELD, FL SOL F08620-97-QR169 DUE 041197 POC Mr. Chris Rock, Contract Specialist, (904)884-6196 (Voice) or (904)884-1272 (Fax) Hurlburt Field intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) for maintenance of the WANG/WIMS Equipment located in our 16th Civil Engineer-ing Squadron. The equipment is used approximately 10 hours daily but remains operational 24 hours daily. The manufacturer's recommended scheduled maintenance service for this type of equipment is quarterly. A 4 hour response time is required for emergency repairs. It is Hurlburt Field's intention to issue a Purchase Order for the above Maintenance.
