Approximately 25 acreas will be involved. To include mowing, trimming improved common areas, weedeat ditches (approx. 8000 lf). Edge sidewalks and curbs (approx. 9360 lf). Trimming trees (approx. 70 trees under 20'). Prune shrubs and hedges (approx. 340 shrubs and hedges under 15'). Replace sod (approx. 23,000 sf per year). Fertilization and winterization (approx. 25 acreas). It is Hurlburt Field's intention to issue a Purchase Order for the above Ground Maintenance.
