The Military Sealift Command Prepositioning Program, PM3, proposes to acquire, through negotiation, services for the worldwide operation and maintenance of eight Large Medium Speed Roll-on Roll-off (LMSR) ships. The Contractor shall provide all operational support personnel, equipment, provisions, and supplies required to operate and maintain the LMSR ships. The performance period is for five years. Offerors are advised that performance will require a Secret Facility Clearance.
