Contract involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to install a complete and useable facility. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 11, 1997. The proposed work to be accomplished includes but is not limited to the following: Construction of a 1700 SF masonary building. The building includes an office, bathroom, mechanical/electrical room, and an open bay storage and distribution area. Construction consists of: walls, doors, windows, EPDM roof systems and interior finishes; also included: all structural, utilities, lighting, heating/ventilation, air condtioning, communications, security, fire detection/alarm and sprinkler systems. This project is estimated to cost between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This solicitation is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. The applicable small business size, standard, including affiliates, is no more than 17.0 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. There is a twenty-five ($25.00) dollar non-refundable fee for the solicitation package. Payment must be in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or money order payable to the U.S. Treasury.
